This is an OG Public Service Announcement. Get ready to knock the yellowing off of your original pair of University Red Nike Air Max 1s. As original as it gets to Tinker Hatfield’s 1987 design, this OG even comes with a remake of the original Air Max box.
Classic upper mixed with performance mesh and synthetic suede in White and Neutral Gray, respectively, gives way to the University Red full length side panel and matching Nike swoosh. White lace system, red eyelets, and original Nike Air Max branding complete the OG look. Similarly, two grooves populate the white midsole with visible Air Max cushioning unit that has now become a running icon.
This silhouette, and especially in this colorway, is one of the highlights leading up to Air Max Day. Releasing shortly before the Game Royal OG colorway, these are guaranteed to go fast when they show up on March 4.
