Nike Kobe A.D. "White"
$160
STYLE CODE: 852425-110
Nike Basketball is starting off 2017 strong with a number of different releases and colorways for numerous models. Arguably one of the best colorways of the A.D. series, the Nike Kobe A.D. “White” is a very clean and sleek offering to the lineup. Dressed in an all white synthetic mesh upper with silver hits on the lace eyelets, swoosh branding and heel plate, this shoe is a safe colorway for hoopers of all types. White laces and a white Kobe logo on the tongue with flashy red mamba branding on the heel tab and then finshed off with a cool icey blue translucent outsole.
The Nike Kobe A.D. line represents the transitioning of Kobe to retirement. The line stays true to everything about the way Kobe played and his style but wagered on ditching the number system. This could just be Nike learning from what happened with the Jordan number models after Jordan retired. We may never know.
